Sushil Patil, Founder of Hiring Solutions, has more than a decade experience in the recruitment domain. He started his career specialising in Manufacturing Engineering in industries such as FB, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Medical Packaging. 6-7 years ago, Sushil turned his focus to becoming a generalist. Since then, there was no looking back. Sushil has recruited C-Suite roles at the same time he was working on graduate roles. Having found success in providing smart Hiring Solutions to clients across Australia, he decided to start Hiring Solutions.
Recruitment landscape has changed significantly over the last decade. Especially in the post-covid era, talent shortage has led to a chaos in most industries as clients have struggled to attract good talent for long periods of time. Candidates on the other hand, struggled with the idea of changing jobs due to the fear of another cycle of covid, which might lead job loss, or missed out on jobs as their expectations did not match what the industry had to offer. Some candidates who secured jobs at a significantly high salaries are stressed due to the expectations that come with high earning roles. One word “Chaos” sums it all.
